    Kinesiology Tape

    Kinesiology Tape increases proprioceptive activity and blood flow to the region being taped. This allows for a decrease pain, speeds up recovery, and provides joint/muscle support.

    K-Taping can also be used to give pregnant moms support and pressure relief from their growing abdomen.
